BEHIND THE LENS Welcome on my website and I hope you find joy and a smile for my work.I am a professional freelance Photographer and Art Designer born in Amsterdam The NetherlandsI stay alternately in Amsterdam and South Bend Indiana US and the sunny south coast from PortugalAnd that brings me many possibilities to my beloved profession as Photographer and Art DesignerThe love for this great creative profession began in the early seventies.I have shot weddings, party, studio,student school photography, sport ,tourist and travel pictures, national music and world stars, my images have been used in tourist industrie, commercial brochures and magazine and one of my pictures is ussed for a stamp by POSTnl, the Dutch mail companyThe Art paints, are my second passion ,I visited the Art Academy Amsterdam in the 70thBeauty is important to me. I am grateful to be able to express it as a photographer, I love to shoot all the things that nature has given us and people with their hands create, because both has its beauty.I'am not a great and famous artist but I love the work I do and enjoy it,and I think that is more importemtWhen people ask me what's your favourite subject, I can only reply, it could be a color or a pattern, a man on the street, a flower or animal in the nature, architecture, abstracts and everyday life.I try to give you a view trough my eyes and the oppurtunity to buy my photographs and paintings for reasonable price and customizable options to meet everyone's needs.
